In May, the XA team came together in Buffalo, NY for our first-ever in-person meetup! As a fully remote company, this was a huge milestone—especially as we’ve grown from just 2 employees to 20 team members in only 2 years.

The day was filled with energizing working sessions that not only advanced our current capabilities but also sparked exciting new ideas for the future. Collaboration, brainstorming, and building together in person reminded us how powerful it is to combine diverse perspectives in the same room.

Of course, we balanced the work with some fun—enjoying authentic Buffalo chicken wings 🍗 and experiencing the Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls 🌊.

This meetup was a special reminder of how far we’ve come, and we’re even more excited about where we’re headed. Here’s to continuing to grow, innovate, and have some fun along the way! 💡✨
